By using this website or booking our services you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to request work on the property, vehicle or lock concerned. We may ask for identification before opening or changing any lock.

3. Services

We provide mobile locksmith services including lockouts, rekeying, repairs, replacements and installations.

4. Quotes and pricing

A price is quoted before work begins. Call-out and after-hours fees, where they apply, are disclosed up front.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

6. Arrival times

Estimated arrival times are a guide only and can be affected by traffic, weather and demand.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide safe access to the work area and accurate information about the lock and the problem.

8. Warranty

Workmanship and supplied parts are covered by the warranty stated on your invoice, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Cancellations

Please call us as early as possible. A call-out fee may apply if a technician has already been dispatched.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual property

Website content, logo and design belong to us and may not be copied without permission.

12. Cookies

We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.

14. Complaints

Please use the Customer Complaint page. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
